No worries and I don’t mind at all I was just conveying all are welcome and with CB1 I would say 10 days is more than enough time as it only took them 2 or 3 days this week with my wife’s script but it’s better to err on the side of caution until they understand the timings better themselves and learn to trust timings which will come with experience also they will be due a follow up appointment and this is up to the clinic to inform them to make an appointment but is just a phone call and nothing to worry about .
