its something that has bothered me and maybe thought i went in the wrong direction as skoda had a great offer up to 31 dec 2024, so when i went to see the dealer they said order the car you want and that will trigger motability advising OHME to send you the home survey. so up to now it has been 4 weeks since survey and I’m still waiting for OHME to tell me if I’m eligible for the home charger, I’m not having an electric vehicle if i can not have a home charger so all this could end up me having to cancel the order if I’m not eligible. This could be a wasted 4/6 weeks and I’m having to start my order all over again
this should be on motability web site that if you are thinking of having a EV you should first check to see if you are eligible for a home charger (if this is a must have) well before your 3 month ordering is due? there’s a lot of criteria that you do not know you have to go through just to have this charger application accepted
