There’s a lady who uses one of those gadgets that lift the front wheels of a standard chair and then has 2 powered wheels plus scooter style handle bar to steer and control the power. I’m not sure if that’s what you’re looking for but she’s doing really well on it and apparently can get from home to supermarket and back which includes going up/down the biggest hill in town on a single charge and can get around home whilst it recharges.
I’ve seen her get out of her car, into her chair as per most chair users I’ve seen then tucks that under the front, tilt it up and she’s off and can do all that herself.
