    This has been discussed multiple times, OP.

    Basically, it’s down to the dealer. Motability dont encourage this, so some dealers can be hesitant to make the change.

    When I ordered my Enyaq in December, the dealer refused to change the AP, but when I spoke to a colleague of his later, he changed it without an issue.

    Also, when I changed to order an Ioniq 5, the dealer told me on our first meeting that if the AP went down, he would change it for me – and I didn’t even ask.

    Just ask firmly but politely that you’d like him to adjust the AP, otherwise you’ll have to re-order. It’s your money.
