My over 55’s bungalow has an old duffers monitor system fitted, pull cords in every room (which if you fall down you can’t reach!), a pendant to wear and a wall box in the passage (I’ve put a jam jar lid over the call button as I often stagger into it at 4am on my way to the loo!), no idea how it connects (assuming radio) but there’s no connection to the phone line for it and it’s certainly not connected to my router or WiFi.
Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!
