And at no time was the dealer asked about that phrase, the complaint was regarding the lack of customer care/contact/ and being told we were lesser customers because we weren’t “paying” I hope they are ready for the publicity coming their way
Am on your side, but always advise being wary about how a complaint is worded and of course a lot of dealerships will be aware of what is posted here. Really hoping you can come to a way of moving forwards even if that is finding another suitable car which is available quickly.
