Exactly the same 3.7kW, I got charging at my mums but, didn’t have time to investigate. However, the problem is most likely to be with (you guessed it), the CT clamp!
If you take a look at the CT clamp, there is am arrow on it and this needs pointing away from your electricity meter. If its not it can be easily be unclipped via the clip on the clamp and turned around, so the arrow is facing away from the meter!
It sounds like you have the Ohme E-Pod charger, which is harder to reprogram once its already has been and needs remotely accessing from the Installer or Ohme, so unfortunately you can’t turn off load balancing to check yourself.
My advice is if the CT clamp is correctly installed, ring Ohme and specifically state you want to open a new case, as your car is now charging a 3.7kW again 🙂
