I’m a bit late to the party but where does motability say they don’t need both sets of keys? I’ve just lost one of mine ugh
I don’t know where it’s actually in writing, but we lost our spare set and I rang Motability about getting a replacement and was told they don’t provide replacement keys but they also don’t require 2 sets when the car is handed back and it won’t affect good condition bonus. This was around 18 months ago.
