Did seriously consider the Tucson, the FHEV would only marginally reduce my fuel spend, The plug in would need charged every night to provide electric commuting and or I’d have to pay for a home charger to reduce charging times. It’s a great car, my chair fitted with rear seats tilted slightly forward in the end the full EV cars seem to offer the best value just now on the scheme especially with the standard installation of a home charger included – hence why we ordered a Enyaq
How many miles a day do you do?
I charge my Tucson 2,5 times a week from a 10A – 32A granny charger. I aim to install a commando socket when time allows, to make use of the 32A 7kW facility. Commando socket is much cheaper than installing a EV charger!
