Saw on MB website Enyaq Sportline+ Estate £1599 (-£500) Ioniq 5 Namsan RWD £3499 (-£2500) managed to search these 2 but now the site is going crazy!
Omg I’m supposed to pick up my Namsan next week. Will I still have to pay £5,999 or can I get the new £3499 price? That’s a huge difference.
What a nightmare scenario! As @kezo says you can ask your dealer to re-do the admin on the Motability system to the new lower AP, BUT doing this in the week that you collect might raise a flag with Motability that results in them getting some form of sanction (they have a ‘fining’ system for dealers). The dealer may be a bit nervous as a result, especially given the huge price difference. Worth asking though, as you have nothing to lose. Many of us have done this and paid the lower AP as a result, but usually still some time before collection. As my BMW dealer said when lowering my AP (without me even asking them to) “better in your pocket than Motability’s”. Good luck. Let us know how you get on.
