Don’t you just love quotes like this. There are five items on this invoice with just one overall price….no breakdown of costs at all. I can just imagine the engineer sitting down with a cup of tea doing the quote whilst watching the national lottery results and just picking the first four numbers on the lottery results and thinking….that’ll do nicely!
