@Phaedra – Really sorry to read this but please don’t just take it. Kick up a fuss. You may think it’s not worth the bother but it’s a lot of money and for something you would really enjoy using but can’t.
I’d consider making a complaint to Skoda through their complaints department and even then, using their social media channels. It’s an appalling attitude from Skoda.
I’m profoundly deaf so things like sound systems aren’t in my wheelhouse but I was really hoping you’d get an answer with yours.
You were promised something, paid for it and you’ve not got it. If you can, push back.
