What an imbecile not fitting the CT clamp! No doubt the installer has filled out the test certificate as if it was in place!
Personally I would complain to Motability, regards the standards of workmanship and get them sort it. However its an easy job to do, by clipping the CT clamp around the (left) brown meter supply tail going into the meter, with the arrow on the CT clamp pointing up.The CT clamp will open up to allow you to clip it onto the cable but, why should you be the one correcting a so called tradesman’s poor workmanship!
I’m sure you put a photo up before, when you had the Esaee charger. You maybe able to refer to that CT clamp and whether its the same one 🙂
