I was panicking when I saw this thread, as I’ve just started the process. My dad did all the domestic stuff, but passed away in April, and mum has even less idea than myself. I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday explaining and the girl I spoke with said no problem. She asked a few questions about the property and said we’ll get someone to give you a call then they’ll come out to do it for you. Reading back, I’m guessing that was Motability who called, and they’ve now passed info onto Ohme who have emailed me today and I’ve set up a 10min call with the with someone from Ohme in a couple weeks.
