Having had half a day to mess around with ev6 I can definitely say
1 gt is not needed 321hp with awd is as fast as you will ever need on the road.
2 sound system is definitely good enough. Bland on radio but great with streaming .
3 the drive,ride,comfort and the peace is just top notch .
4 cabin is one of the nicest places I have sat in for a long time.
