@Phaedra Report to the local authority Council taxi licence office. They might be a better bet. Also get a dash cam, if you dont already have one.
Ive never been tempted to get a dash cam. There is a tendency for folk to believe that they are faultless in all they do and the dash cam is to provide evidence against others who are at fault. In reality, a lot of people are convicted on the strength of their own dash cam footage!
