For the rest of us, its going to be the availability of petrol.
There will not be the petrol stations as we know it now. Also, as demand and supply drops, it will become astronomically expensive to buy petrol.
You will be able to buy it, and more than likely be able to use it similar to classic cars that dont need mot,s tax etc
But it will be a niche class of enthusiasts, with vehicles over a certain age or something similar.
