The Tarraco is a good choice but if you can charge at home then an Enyaq or Ioniq 5 would save you a fortune. Charging at home costs you whatever you can get as a night/off peak tariff, potentially down to well below 5p per mile. Both EVs mentioned have good boot space and decent equipment and will get beyond 200 miles (Enyaq 85/85x).
