    Hi kezo, no I haven’t been down in person. I called my local dealership, was put through to a central service team, and then back to the dealership (after being cut off!). Interestingly, the local dealership wanted to know if I was a motability driver before putting me through to their service dept. I have no idea why and they wouldn’t say when I asked them, it was just a simple general query…

    They did say I could take it in for an investigation but, given how awful that dealership have been, I would have to summon up the motivation 🙁
