I would argue that the £750 NCP is for everybody and can be taken off the AP then that would leave the AP at £1,350 which would mean that it is less than the 50% of the grant left to pay.
If you went for a car at £999 and took of the £750 then you are effectively only getting a £249 grant. Nobody should loose out on the £750 NCB as
it is a separate and one time only offer by Motability Operations where as the grant is payed by Motability the charity.
The good condition bonus is a totally separate issue as you will not know if you are even getting it until after the whole transaction is over.
I would put that argument to the grants people.
