Had a chat with the grants team today who confirmed you can only put 50% of the award as extra towards a car. Doesn’t matter how you do that, just can’t be more than 50%.
So the NVP could be used in our case but only £500, with the remaining £250 being ours
Not the news we wanted to hear but isn’t the end of the world, could be worse, we could be left without a car
