Ohme won’t fit a charger with a cable going over a path, covering it with a mat isn’t legal as it’s still a potential trip hazard. That’s why I got onto KerboCharge and had the cable gully fitted, it’s fully highways agency approved. They’re currently in talks with Motability so it may come on to the scheme as an option.
My local council wanted £600 for the installation but dropped it to £300. My HA seem to be happy with it and Ohme have also said it’s OK and will go ahead with the install. I’m just waiting for the HA to sort out their final approval.
