Rich, I’m sorry to tell you that, to the best of my knowledge, you have to order in person. You can shorten the visit by filling in a lot of your information on the Motability website if you have opened an account there. This is, of course, ridiculous.

Also partly due to distant selling rule, from what I understand.
There used to be an option under certain conditions, where at the dealers discretion a home order and handover would be allowed but I believe Motability put a stop to it.
