It will only come on if they produce a 20 model that retail customers aren’t interested in.
The 20 petrol version is out in the regular X2 and that’s an absolute peach of an engine (as you and I know from our 3 Series and X1). That would interest me if it came onto the scheme if boot access is OK. However, Motability only seem to be interested in adding BEVs, so the iX2 is more likely.
The 20 fossil’s are in a diffent class than the heavier edrive20 models. Personally I look at the edrive20 as the underpowered outgoing q4 etron.
