I had to look into this as it’s on my list. They are the normal speed limits and it won’t effect tolls for me (Dublin).
It’s only 1.4 ton and restrictions only apply on vehicles of 3.5 ton and over which have to be limited to 56mph. Which makes me wonder about all the HGVs passing me at over 65mph.
