@Kezo Small update, got the form to sign from the council so that looks like it’s going ahead at least 
Signed and returned today by email They asked if I’d had the charger fitted yet (still no letter from my HA), told them I was having a 13A external socket fitted anyway. Also if I’d got the car yet, I said it was on order with Motability, have a build week of 49 (Dec 4th) so should be in the UK Jan 4th according to dealer and with me mid Jan (fingers crossed!). The only thing was the position for the gully they’d marked on a photo was further to the right of where I’d agreed with the chap that came out to look at it. That would put it over to the passenger side of the car and I’d need an even longer charge cable as the Enyaq’s port is on the drivers side (10m would do at the moment). I asked if he could put it where I asked, to the left of his marked area and next to the end of my fence, that would put it in the middle of the car so ideal for reaching both sides if/when I ever change cars.
Excellent mate, it looks like you finally getting there and I’m sure the placement can be sorted and more of a CAD mistake than anything else.
Perhaps adding your waiting for confitmation on the charger at this point and instaling a 13A scket as a backup.
Hopefully this will be fitted before christmas and then you can put pressure on your HA for approval 🙂
