    I’ve always had problems with KF being turned away when everyone seems to be sat around doing nothing in the workshop, that is until I had a screw in my tyre a few weeks ago?

    I decided to try the Motability online booking service within my account and it worked seamlessly, booked next day, selected a suitable time for myself, turned up at KW and straight in work done no problems.

    I ask myself why haven’t I used the online booking service before and I think it maybe because of the way the online booking service works so it has put me off in the past. When you go to the KW online booking service it ask what tyres do you need to be replace and of course I don’t want them replaced, just needs repairing. There’s no option to book a repair, well so I thought?

    Knowing the problems of being turned away with out a booking I thought to myself, sod it then I can’t book a repair so I will just book a new tyre and low and behold when I did that the new tyre was declined then it gave me the option of booking a repair.

    A rubbish way to go about things but moral of this story is if you can’t book a repair book a new tyre instead and they will basically say you don’t need a new tyre, no, you need a repair. ?‍♂️?
