We’re test driving on Friday and providing we like it will be ordering at the end of the month, if it’s still on by then that is.  I’ve dismissed the 60 due to the lower range as we do multiple trips a year from the midlands to the south-east and south-west but what are people’s views of or experiences of the 80 versus the 80x? We don’t have any need for 4-wheel drive but the 2 seconds improvement on 0 to 60 time appeals. But is that worth the extra £400 AP and reduction in max range from 332 to 317. The max range is so theoretical rather than real world I’m ignoring that really. We were considering the Karoq as a slightly cheaper and smaller alternative but with the AP of the Enyak dropping £1,200 and of the Karoq APS increasing £200 a bit the APs are so closely matched that no longer makes sense. All of this said, I’m not the driver, they don’t trust that my guide dog’s 1 wuf for left and 2 wufs for right is failsafe. At least Kia have done me a favour and taken the Sportage off. Otherwise we’d have been in that for the next 3 years because it’s the only family and dog sized car you can get in green. If you know otherwise don’t tell me.
