Motabilty message.
If we agree it’s OK to leave early, you’ll need to pay an administration fee of up to £250. Once you’ve returned your vehicle, we’ll give you a pro rata refund of any Advance Payment you’ve paid. You might also be eligible for a pro rata Good Condition Payment. End of message.
And I’m changing car as my arthritis has got worse, and need a larger vehicle to make it easier to get in, and out of…. There waiving the fee, as I was able to provide proof my condition has worsened, and the medication I take has increased substantially, and I am now also on Methotrexate as well. So no £ 250.00 admin charge for myself, and rightly so.
And the car looks like it just come out the showroom even though it will be 2 years old, come the end of December. So I’ve been told there will be a pro rata GCB paid out too. And with regards to the advance payment, the advance payment will again be paid back to me pro-rata.
I’ve had excellent conversations with Motability throughout the last couple of weeks, and made sure each time they are taking down notes about what we have spoke about, and agreed on, so there should be no comeback now. Hopefully.
