I inteded to quote you, now whether I had highlighted part of my comment prior to quoting youI don’t know but, it was a mistake rather than intentional!
I have edited my initial post, removing unelected although given the “strikethrough” was used made it obvious it wasn’t part of the original document. I have also removed the wording you mention above, as previously said forum rules unfortunately don’t allow links from beyind a paywall regardless of whether I agree with it or not!
Perhaps due to me not being able to provide such a link, it would be better to ignor my comment other than reading the link by fleetnews provided. I promise to do better next time ?
