Plenty of slow chargers in retail car parks, cheap (er) to deploy than the fast chargers for example.
Go watch a movie, add 25 miles of range. Supermarket, add another 10. The old “little and often” technique. Keep the fast and really fast chargers for when people are making long journeys etc.
Of course this is pie in the sky (and what they were doing in California 10 years ago ??♂️)
