Very strange as the DNO cables are normally run under the footpath on either side of the road. A reprt by the charger installer normally goes into the DNO if any minor works are required such as cutout upgrade and/or to check whether a proert is on a looped supply. The DNO have records to acertain whether or not this is the case and which properties need unlooping!
