My previous award was for 5 years that became 7 because of the Covid interruption, that was won at tribunal, without me even being up to going to it, because my assessor hadn’t known the law. This time it was a shorter form, shorter medical, by phone, and both assessors, medical and DWP, were really understanding, and pleasant to deal with.
