I would not be surprised if they tightened the criteria rather than relaxed it, having said that there are currently some great choices of car for under 25s. Obviously the challenge comes when there is a need for a large car due to disability, and because of the way insurance works (in the case of Motability statistics based on 18 – 25 year olds rather than a combination of age, address, job etc) I don’t think there is any answer to that.
