Similar here mate – great at booking the appointment but no so great at keeping to the time. I’m not at all precious but when you’ve a time booked it’s just rude and disrespectful to be kept waiting for 45 minutes, particularly when some pillock had an engine running in the showroom which nearly did for us!!!
And the non apology apology – we’re short staffed today just made me more angry.
Looks a lovely car from the outside though – our lass thought it was a Bentley ?
