Just had a call from OHME, they asked about where the charger was going and if I’d submitted the survey. I explained the situation and the kerbocharge system and that the survey would be submitted when I get permission from the HA.
Was busy writing this and they rang me back, they won’t install the charger as it would be running over public property!. I explained again that nothing they supplied would be doing that, it’s a simple box on a wall on private/rented property but they won’t do it. Idiots!!
Update- Rang Motability, they say there shouldn’t be a problem as all OHME are supplying is the box on the wall on the property. He’s going to ring OHME and try and get them to change their minds, not hopefull to be honest 🙁
At this point I’m beginning to wish I’d ordered a FHEV instead!!! Will let you know what happens next!
