I have twice raised my safety concerns with Motorbility both times dismissing them and trying to steer me towards Easee to find answers
Stated that without a letter underpinning its safety I am concerned with using the charger
Noone at Motorbility prepared to say its safe,and to ignore my concerns and simply redirect me to Easee has raised my concerns more
As you say the company may well fold and not to sure how long the warranty is valid for
On top of not being given a choice of type of charger being fitted and also not being informed of this long running safety recall you may well appreciate my concerns
