I have the MG ZS Electric Vehicle that I was advised could be scheduled via the BP Pulse app. This was fine until the BP Pulse app stopped working due to what they state is a 2g network issue which is outwith their control. Unfortunately my car does not have the MG Smart app, an upgrade from previous models, so I am unable to schedule my charges via their app. I didn’t even know about any other apps as I had been quite happy using the scheduling feature on the BP Pulse app. In my opinion if you take out a lease over 3 years you should be able to use the features that made you decide to take out the lease in the first place for the 3 years.
