Because the UK has not raised any public Easee charger safety concerns is also the reason I have none of my own

Not sure if the box marked with X in the attached photo is a new/latest energy controller that is now being fitted ( limits car charge when house load is under high demand) as I suspect it is.
If so are these now also being retro fitted?
If that is the case it may explain the real reason
why Easee have eased back on new motorbility installations
Anyone have a Easee home charger fitted without this box?

And yes it was left unfixed and left jammed behing the earth wire ( dont sneeze)
