Thats just petty!
If you have been awarded x for a PHEV and you put the same x to an EV or whatever, does it really matter as x stays the same!
Have you spoke to your MP?
I myself would never even contact them again without an Apology I have a legal case for breach of equality act with them and Mo For treatment I received I am awaiting the outcome.
