Just phoned my local Johnson Suzuki Motability dealer (the miserable one I contacted earlier in the week) as regard a test drive of the Suzuki Across, we don’t got one but we can order one directly from Suzuki. I enquire were can I view and test drive one, I don’t know. So I phoned the Johnson Suzuki Motability dealer in Bilston same company but 12 miles away, yes we have a demonstrator when would you like to view and test drive, can’t believe same dealership but different branch
We took my dads Suzuki swift there for a service , when they found out he was in is mid 80s they couldn’t do enough for him, made him cups of tea with cakes and got him the days paper while he waited for me to pick him up. Excellent service.
I can quite believe it, we ordered from Johnsons in Cannock, the salesman explained when you phone you actual go to a call centre, they are only operatives and try to give you the impression they are sales staff in the office. Glad the wife convinced me to actually go into the dealership they were excellent.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
