Had another look on the website, there’s a section underneath that expands and shows,

Nearside Front Suspension arm ball joint has slight play bottom ball joint (5.3.4 (a) (i))
Nearside Front Shock absorbers has light misting of oil (5.3.2 (b))
However, there’s no mention of “O/S/F suspension lower arm defective” that’s on the inspection report the garage sent me.
