Not sure how they do it now but that was the case some years ago.
Ex mobility vehicles would be brought to a refurb centre and graded upon arrival, those vehicles requiring anything more than minor cosmetic work would be shipped of the the auctions, while the others would be refurbed if required and when ready the detials and photgraphs would be uploaded on to site where dealers bidded agianst each other.
