My Motability dealer called with regards to my Kuga order possibly here end of the month and I mentioned the facelift but she said they cannot order it until there it has a new vehicle code. They are quoting 20 weeks delivery for stock on the way (2023.25) on the ford website most of which are PHEVs and only two FHEVs for delivery in four weeks.
That would explain why on the Ford site when you checking availability Ford are asking slightly more for the FHEV than the PHEV, they are obviously looking to move all the old PHEV stock.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
