I think that is a wise decision contacting Motability first thing Tuesday, distancing yourself  from the grants team for now 🙂

As I said yesterday something is not sitting right here, with seemingly the only people aware is your dealer, who told you the car has been excepted by motability but not by the grants team, which does not make any sense for two reasons 1/ I would have expected the dealer to at least ask if you still wanted to proceed with the order with your own funds 2/ I would have expected you would have recieved an email saying your grant had been withdrawn for the T-.Roc. I could be wrong as I said yesterday but, dealers are underhanded and possible your car had been sold to retail customer.

However if it is the fact your grant has been withdrawn for the T-Roc and motability confirms it, I would ring ring and request to speak to a real manager within the grants department. If they so no, follow it up with an official complaint email, saying what you have said and you wouldn’t beable to fully open the doors to egress or regress your daughter safely as your drive is not wde enough to do so, off street parking is also dangerousand there also no dedicated parking outside your home. I would also put in your complaint that you would have no choice but, request an early termination on medical grounds, soon after taking delivery if you were forced to have a car thats not suitable for your needs – I would also say this to motability this on Tusday. It might also be a good idea to get your local MP involved and send a letter.
