    Some of the lesser brands have small family type dealerships which can be much more friendly and interested in the customer as a person rather than as means to meeting a sales target.  Of course they lack the corporate facilities, which bothers me none.  Our local Suzuki dealer had all the time in the world to natter when we were last there, three of them joined in, and invited us to call in any time, despite us having two test drives and declining both cars.  And the test drives were “take it away, bring it back” no paperwork or checks.
