@Mike 700 It will be very interesting to get your feedback on the Qashqai, especially as you have been so pleased with your Tiguan. I will be really interested on how the interior space (especially the boot) compares and what sort of mpg you get
Sadly, having had 4 Tiguans, our last one was problematic. It was definitely comfortable but very poor on economy (struggled to get more than 40mpg even though it was a diesel – our petrol X1 is much better), the infotainment system was dire, the radar cruise control was poor, adaptive headlights far too slow to react – I could go on. We hadn’t had all those features on our previous Tiguans, but the VW application of them seemed poor compared to other manufacturer systems I have experienced. The only thing that I miss about it is the Auto Hold, which the X1 doesn’t have for some bizarre reason (rectified on the new model just released). Again, I will be really interested to hear how you feel the Nissan compares to the Tiguan in terms of usability of the various technology.
