I’m in Leicestershire how do I do a hard reset ?
Press and quickly release the Volume up button.
Now press and quickly release the Volume down button.
Press and hold the Power button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
Performing a hard reset on your Iphone won’t loose any data, just reboot the phone from scratch.
If this does not work its likely the home button is faulty.
