I have phoned Kia customer care twice and emailed them twice. I have been shocked by their almost flippant attitude. I have asked for a reply in writing but nothing has been forthcoming.
I have visited a local Kia agent but they wanted money. Instead they advised a visit to the supplying dealership, who may do the regeneration for free.
I will try the coasting regeneration, as described in another thread but can`t seem to find it at present. All costing a lot of petrol and saddled with a vehicle that cannot be offloaded
