Just a update on our charger installation.
We got contacted by Ohme and sent a DIY report on the installation we need, they wanted pictures, videos, and hand drawings . anyway i submitted all i could but the video didnt up load , didnt matter what format or size it would not upload. there was a ‘tells us more’ box on the electronic forms so i put a note saying i could not upload the video. anyway about 4 days later i hadnt even got a confirmation email from them so i contacted their customer services, they told me they are waiting for me to submit the video showing the route from the mains meter to the fuse box and then to where i want the charger fitting, no one had bothered to tell me that they still needed more info and so i have no idea how long i would have had to wait if i hadn’t contacted them.
anyway i tried again and this time the video uploaded which is good, that triggered a response and i got a email confirming i had submitted all they needed for now and then another saying OVO Energy would be contacting me to arrange installation of the Ohme charger, lets see how long that takes…. i see OVO offer EV tariffs but cant find details of it on their web site, anyone know details of rates?
